Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT)- The Gillespie Approach is a gentle form of body work that assists the body's innate wisdom of healing itself through unwinding and releasing fascial strain.

Fascia is connective tissue that is found throughout our entire body, surrounding and supporting organs, bones, muscles, nerves and blood vessels.

Fascia becomes tight and wound due to trauma; both emotional and physical. This can include birth trauma, injuries, falls, dental work, concussions and more. Tension in the body causes our sympathetic nervous system to take the lead, putting us in "fight or flight".

CFT releases fascial strain in the body to optimize the flow of cerebrospinal fluid through our body for optimal mobility and brain function to promote healing and allow our parasympathetic nervous system to turn on, providing "rest and digest". CFT is beneficial for children and adults of all ages.
